All prices, products, specifications, and services are subject to change without notice. Specific customer specifications must be received in writing prior to purchase.  Reasonable efforts have been made to compile these product listings as completely and accurately as possible, but there may be typographical mistakes or errors in content.

 

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of information contained on this web site. Deliveries, handling, and VAT are included in the prices shown. Quantities are limited and are available while supplies last.  Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering.

 

In all instances items listed which need to be hardwired MUST be installed via a qualified electrician. such items which require installation to a gas supply MUST be fitted via a fully qualified gas engineer.

 

All items requiring plumbing to a water supply / waste MUST be fitted via a qualified plumber. It is the customers responsibility to check product service requirements (gas, electric and water supplies) need to be checked by the customer prior to purchase.

 

We hold no responsibility for problems caused by items which have not been installed correctly.        

 

WE ONLY SUPPLY PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS BASED WITHIN UK MAINLAND.

 

Payment

Payments not received within the due period CaterCare reserve the right to contact the customer in order to achieve full payment.  CaterCare reserve the right to charge customers daily interest of 5% on unpaid invoices also all charges incurred to achieve payment are to be paid by the customer.

 

All goods remains with CaterCare until all Moneys payable have been paid by the buyer in full.

 

CaterCare reserve the right to repossess all unpaid merchandise without the necessity of any legal actions.

 

Invoice discrepancies must be reported within seven days of the invoice date, otherwise the invoice shall be binding without change. The purchaser is responsible for inspection of all products upon receipt and notifying the Company of any problems within two working days.

 

Please note:

All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% surcharge. Payments made by cheque or bank transfer must be cleared, prior to dispatch of goods.

 

 

Deliveries

Delivery charges are incorporated in the selling price for all purchasers based within England & Wales, and the company reserve the right to adjust this carriage price according to size of package and contents at any time without notice. The Company can not be held responsible products being out of stock or delays in delivery. Every effort shall be made to advise the customer of any delays as soon as possible.  Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning, installing or erecting. Estimated delivery times can not be guaranteed.   Please check goods for damage and sign the delivery note accordingly, once goods have been moved, damage claims cannot be considered. Claims received for damage goods on delivery where the delivery notes do not indicate damages shall be void. Not checked or similar wording is not acceptable. In the event of damage a copy of the delivery note signed by recipient and confirmed by letter to us within 5 days is required for a claim to be considered. Packing material and the item must be kept for our insurers to examine.

 

*Deliveries prices are confined to England & Wales only. Goods received over 5 working days can not be returned or monies refunded where there is no fault with the product.  The product is classed as a delivery the moment the product has left a warehouse/storage location.  In the event of cancellation once the goods have started the delivery journey even if the customer does not receive the goods the restocking fee will apply.

 

Any products found faulty upon delivery or within the specified warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at the discretion of CaterCare. Products returned for any other reason shall incur a 25% restocking fee, collection charge and credit card charges (2.64% - for invoices settled by credit cards)

 

 

Warranty

The Company makes no warranties with respect to the equipment. It is understood that all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties or merchantability and fitness of a particular purpose, except as may be offered by the manufacturer, are especially excluded.

 

Manufacturers Warranty Types

 

*      On Site Warranty - This warranty covers parts & labour for the length of the warranty period shown, on site to products sold within England &  Wales, all warranties are covered by the manufacturers.

 

*      Workshop Warranty - Where specified, the warranty covers parts and workshop labour only, you will be required to send back the faulty unit and you (the customer) are liable for all postage and packaging charges upon sending the item back to us. All items must be sent back in the origional packaging or a strong, well packaged box. all warranties are covered by the manufacturers and will be sent back to you from their address directly.

 

 

Returns Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are ordering the correct product(s) for their requirements. Refunds for return merchandise will be at the current price or the price at which it was purchased, whichever is lower, less the collection charge and a 25% restocking fee. If the original invoice was settled by credit card a charge of 2.64% shall be incurred for the costs covering credit card charges, collection charge will apply if the Company arranges a separate collection of the goods.   Goods must be returned in original packaging with unused original manuals, proof of collection/return delivery must be obtained.

 

 

Cancellation / Refunds Policy 

 

The following Refund Policies apply:

 

*      Policy A - Where a customer has cancelled an order before the goods have started the delivery journey -  a full refund will be issued minus the credit card charge of 2.64% (credit card charge applies where the customer originally paid the invoice by credit card)  

 

*     Policy B - Where a customer cancels an order and the goods have started the delivery process or received the goods - 25% restocking fee the charges within Policy A will be deduced from the original invoice value.  

 

*     Policy C - Where a customer cancels and order after receipt of the goods and there is no fault found with the goods -  a collection charge will apply together with the charges within Policy A & B.

 

 

Limitations of Liability

No liability is assumed by the Company for damages and/or injury resulting from use of products supplied by this company. In no event will the Company be liable for indirect or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss or use, products profits arising out of in connections with the use or performance of the Company or products supplied by the Company.

 

 

General

All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices exclude VAT. Orders cancelled may incur a charge; cancellations must be received in writing. All good are sold subject to our standard conditionings of sale.
