Planned Preventative Maintenance

It is a requirement under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) that all commercial catering equipment is maintained in an efficient, safe for use working order and in good repair.


We ensure your appliances are working correctly, including removing service panels and inspecting the internal components for signs of corrosion and damage, we also carry out health and safety checks to ensure the appliances are fully safe to use, checking that there are no gas leaks to the appliances, burners are burning correctly and not producing carbon monoxide, Checking that there are no internal water leaks. Ensuring electrical cables and wiring are not split, burned out, damaged, positioned unsafely or at risk of arcing. Checking that any required filter devices are in place and not blocked, making sure that correct chemicals are being used, carrying out microwave leak detection tests, checking water pressures are set correctly, calabrating units to work efficiently, carrying out co2 tests on extraction systems and many, many more..


Our engineers are fully trained, Gas Safe Registered and CCEECC commercial catering equipment electrical competency course trained.
